Building a house? Make it a passive house! A passive house uses way less electricity for heating than a regular house! It takes heat from the sun, the people, warm water storages and electronical devices in the house. It's also isolated and ventilated really well to keep the heat within the house. Some other pros are: - same temperature in all rooms - fresh, clean air - fast temperature recovery (after opening doors, windows etc.) Building a passive house doesn't have to be more expensive than a normal house. The increased building price is compensated by the money you save by not having to heat the house. Plus, your house is way more ecological than normal houses so your conscience is clean too!
